Sports Schedule app

CHALLENGE
The challenge was to develop MVP with Frontend and Backend for a Sports Social Network Application from scratch within a month.

SOLUTION
Chosen Technologies: HTML5, SASS, JavaScript, React JS, React Native, Firebase.

Process: We created separate Frontend and Backend sides with the chosen tech stack and implemented integration with Firebase. We implemented 25 features for the Admin Panel making the user-friendly interface, and created an integration with Google and Facebook Services, and implemented Client-side notifications.

The Aggregator of Sport Meetings allows Sports lovers to get suggestions to gain together and join the Sports activities such as yoga, baseball, basketball, and many more. The kinds of sports may be various, the application is not limited to a certain set of sports activities and can be changed in the Admin Panel. Event creators can add any suggestion to do some Sports activities and indicate the desired maximum and the minimum number of members. Besides meeting suggestions, the application provides a network for discussing details of the events.
The Scheduling System has been integrated with Facebook and Gmail, so users can receive notifications about event updates and reminders.
The MVP version works for America and Israel locations. Mifort developers set localization in order to show meetings relevant to a certain user’s area and solve the challenge of right-to-left data visualization for Hebrew.
Within the first two weeks of MVP release, 486 users joined the Sports Platform.
